CASA of the Northern Hills - IN-SERVICE PROGRAMS
Each year, the NHCASA Program hosts at least one in-service training program designed to educate both volunteers and the community. Topics such as Reactive Detachment Disorder, the effects of Methamphetamine on child victims, area services available to assist families, and how to "pick your battles" with foster children have been offered in recent programs. Keep watching this page for upcoming in-service programs.

Volunteers can also earn continuing education credits by checking out books, tapes, videos and DVDs from our Resource Library. Just come by the office during office hours and choose from a variety of materials to learn more about child abuse and neglect issues and how to more effectively help children.
There are also links to several websites and articles, be sure to fill out a Training/In-service Credit Record and send it in to your Case Manager.
